Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SamLab licences and subscriptions.

1. Free trial first
We offer a 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate SamLab before paying. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the software fits your lab.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence remains active until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds
- As SamLab is a digital software licence preceded by a free trial, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid licence is activated.
- If you experience a genuine technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time of you reporting it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded in full.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@samlab.in with your order details and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment provider (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
