Shipping & Delivery Policy

SamLab is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. After successful payment, your licence is activated and delivery is completed online.

• Software download / installer link and activation details are provided immediately or within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
• For Enterprise deployments and multi-branch rollouts, our team coordinates onboarding and activation directly with you.

Your licence is activated using a secure key or signed licence file tied to your machine(s), per the limits of your plan (Basic, Pro or Enterprise). If you do not receive your activation details, contact us and we will resend them promptly.

As the product is digital, no shipping or courier charges apply.
