Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website, purchasing a licence, or using the SamLab software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SamLab is licensed, not sold. Subject to payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on the number of machines permitted by your chosen plan (Basic, Pro or Enterprise). The licence is enforced via signed activation and may be suspended for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

We may offer a 30-day free trial. Trials are provided “as is” and may be limited in features. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.

Fees for each plan are stated on our Pricing page and are payable in advance for the licence period. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices may change with notice for future renewals. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• You will not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or tamper with the software or its licensing.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you process.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including health-data and NABL/ABDM requirements relevant to your lab.

You retain ownership of your lab and patient data. You are responsible for maintaining backups; while SamLab provides backup features, we are not liable for data loss arising from your environment, hardware failure or misuse.

All rights, title and interest in the SamLab software, branding and website remain with SamLab. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

The software is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you must stop using the software; you may export your data prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kota, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
